About the Artist

Peg is a member of the Brown County Artist Association.  Her paintings can be seen at the Brown County Gallery in Nashville, Indiana.

Painting full-time since 2013, she is a member of Oil Painters of America (OPA), Indiana Artist Club (INA), and has received awards at the Hoosier Salon in Portraiture and Non-Traditional Landscape. She is also an exhibitor at Indiana Heritage Arts and The Richmond Artist Exhibition. Having the opportunity to study tonalism with Nancy Bush in Texas, and portraiture with Tina Garrett has been a significant influence in her work.

"I love painting landscapes, especially landscapes of the West, where we spend several months a year.  However, my first love is portraiture. While some  of these were done from life, the majority of them are from photos.  Please let me know if you have a favorite photo and would like to commission me to paint a portrait"

Peg's paintings can be seen at the Brown County Art Gallery in Nashville, Indiana

and Hendricks Live Performing Arts Center - INA Member Exhibition.
